Attorney William Bowles of Higganum, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided William R. Bowles with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact
• Attempted to represent buyer and seller in real estate transaction

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Billy practices at 415 Killingworth Road in Higganum, Connecticut.
