Attorney Josephine Miller of Danbury, CT; lying loser

The state of Connecticut provided Josephine Smalls Miller with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Emory University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Josephine guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made a false statement of fact or law to a tribunal or failed to correct a false statement of material fact or law previously made to the tribunal by her
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Josephine by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Josephine practices at 152 Deer Hill Avenue in Danbury, Connecticut.
