Attorney Nino Davila of Chicago; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Nino R. Davila with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Nino guilty of the following misconduct.

• Submitted false information to court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Nino by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
