Attorney Erin Reilly of Edwardsville, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Erin E. Reilly with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Erin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Breached fiduciary duty owed to client
• Failed to withdraw representation when mandated to so act
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Involved in relationship with client’s ex-husband

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Erin by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Erin practices with Reilly Law PC at 241 North Main Street in Edwardsville, Illinois.
