Attorney Marcos Trevino of Homewood, IL; convicted scofflaw

The state of Illinois presented Marcos P. Trevino with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Southern Illinois University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Marcos guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marcos was convicted of the Class A misdemeanor of leaving the scene of an accident.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Marcos by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Marcos practices with Briones Harvey & Trevino at 1912 Ridge Road in Homewood, Illinois.
