Attorney Terrence O’Leary of Granite City, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Terrence V. O’Leary with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Acquired propriety interest in clients’ cause of action
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in business transaction with client w/o required disclosures

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Terry practices with Bosslet & O’Leary at 1406 Niedringhaus Avenue in Granite City, Illinois.
