Attorney Valerie Perkins of Winston Salem, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina presented Valerie L. Perkins with a law license in 1997.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Valerie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Lied in letter to potential client regarding her experience
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Valerie!)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to respond to Fee Dispute Committee
• Made false or misleading statements about services she could render

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Valerie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously disciplined on two occasions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Valerie by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Valerie practices at 4218 Oakshire Road in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
