Attorney Robert Hedrick of Raleigh, NC; repeat offender

The state of North Carolina presented Robert T. Hedrick with a law license in 1961 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Caused significant harm to client
• Misconduct involved selfish motive
• Exhibited indifference to making restitution to client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Bobby practices with The Law Office of Robert T. Hedrick at 4934 Windy Hill Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina.
