Judge Joseph Camacho of Saipan; misogynistic moron

The Northern Mariana Islands provided Joseph N. Camacho with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

In November 2011, Joey succeeded in duping the voters in the Northern Mariana Islands into electing him as a Superior Court judge.

Several people have alleged that Joey has engaged in the following misconduct and/or abuse of his judicial position.

• Issues same maximum sentences for first-time offenders and repeat offenders
• Lengthy sentences repeatedly reversed by the Supreme Court
• Reversed due to abuses or errors in violating defendants’ rights
• Read jury instructions at wrong time leading to reversal by Supreme Court
• Failed to order required pre-sentence investigation reports
• Issued more bench acquittals than any other court
• Acquitted teach accused of sexually abusing a minor
• Numerous acquittals in domestic violence cases
• Clearly erred in interpreting law in case involving sexual assault of a minor
• Disparaged victims of sexual abuse in open court

All that remains now is to see when the voters in Northern Mariana Islands decide they’ve had enough of Judge Camacho’s BS and vote to send him packing.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Taylor continues to sit as a Northern Mariana Island Superior Court judge in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands.
