Justice Peter Leask of British Columbia; potty mouth loser

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Peter Leask with a law license in 1990.

The Canadian Judicial Council found Justice Leask guilty of the following misconduct.

In 2004, members of the British Columbia Law Society were duped into appointer Peter as a Justice of the BC Supreme Court. Peter didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the Vancouver area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

• Used course language during court proceedings
• Stated in court: “He’d have had to have been out of his fuckin’ mind to store it [cocaine] in his own locker, all right?”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Council punished Peer by accepting his so-called apology.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Judicial Council didn’t mete out any punishment of any kind to Pete.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Pete continues to sit as a Justice on the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
