Attorney Shanna Hennigan of Houston; thieving loser

The state of Minnesota presented Shanna Michelle Hennigan with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Shanna guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to her
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to refund unearned fees upon termination (thief)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Shanna!)

As one would suspect this isn’t Shanna’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received two (2) suspensions of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Shanna by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Shanna practices with Shanna M. Hennigan & Associates, PLLC at 7205 Almeda Road in Houston, Texas.
