Attorney Richard Roman of El Paso; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Richard Abram Roman with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District 17 Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to carry out obligations owed to client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests upon termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Dick practices at 1018 Brown Street in El Paso, Texas.
