Attorney Sandra Randle-Fordjour of Arlington, TX; ethical leprechaun

The state of Minnesota presented Sandra Fay Randle-Fordjour with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Sandy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to her
• Frequently failed to carry out completely obligations owed to clients
• Failed to keep clients informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Habitually violated established rule of procedure or evidence
• Knowingly disobeyed or advised client to disobey court ruling
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Sandy by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.  

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Sandy practices with Randle Fordjour & Associates in Arlington, Texas.
