Attorney Sharon McCully of Salt Lake City; ethical dwarf 

The state of Utah presented Sharon P. McCully with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Judicial Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she sitting as a Salt Lake City Juvenile Court judge.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Conduct brought judiciary into disrepute
• Prepared and allowed litigant to submit affidavit not only regarding operation of juvenile courts but also her opinion as to the ultimate issue before her court in which the affidavit was submitted

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Sharon by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016) Sharon practices with Peacock Law PLLC at 2533 Catalina Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah.
