Attorney Samuel Spira of West Hollywood, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Samuel Robert Spira with a law license in 1995.

The California State Bar Court found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Sammy found it acceptable to file a false report to the California State Bar that he had completed his MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements during the mandated compliance period when in fact he had not done so.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.  

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Sammy wasn’t criminally charged with perjury.
