Attorney Robert Wilson Jr. of Solana Beach, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Robert Opre Wilson Jr. with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby found it acceptable to file a false report to the California State Bar that he had completed his MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements during the mandated compliance period when in fact he had not done so.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.  

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Bobby wasn’t criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Bobby practices with the Wilson Law Offices at 162 Del Mar Shores Terrace in Solana Beach, California.
