The state of Arizona presented Martin Wolfgang Emrich with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from he University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made inappropriate statements in open court
• Demonstrated bias while on the bench
• Called defendant’s legal arguments “stupid and screwy”
• Inferred that he had prejudged defendant’s guilt
• Failed to act in manner promoting confidence in judiciary
• Failed to perform duties fairly and impartially
• Failed to act patiently and courteous to litigants

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enables for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Colleen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

It should be noted that Colleen the Deceiver is now asking voters in Ohio to elect her to a seat on the Ohio Supreme Court. That’s all Ohioans need is another lying loser on the Court.
