Attorney Karl Allen of Greenville, SC; moronic slacker

The State of South Carolina presented Karl B. Allen with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Karl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly disobeyed rules of a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Karl!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Karl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Karl practices with the Karl B. Allen Law Firm at 108 Lavinia Avenue in Greenville, South Carolina.
