Attorney Theo Mitchell of Greenville, SC; repeat offender

The State of South Carolina presented Theo Walker Mitchell with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Theo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false, misleading, deceptive or unfair communications about his services
• Used a firm name or letterhead in violation of the Rules of Conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Theo’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Theo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Theo practices with the Law Office of Theo W. Mitchell LLC at 9 Bradshaw Street in Greenville, South Carolina.
