Attorney Robert Gailliard of Charleston, SC; convicted batterer

The State of South Carolina presented Robert Lee Gailliard with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby was convicted of assault and battery of a high an aggravated nature and sentenced to four years in prison, suspended upon service of three years of probation and submission to anger management and additional counseling as needed.  The assault and battery occurred when Bobby struck his teenage son with his truck.

It was rumored that Bobby opted to attend the Mel Gibson Institute for Batterers located in West Hollywood, California.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2016), Bobby practices at 1072 King Street in Charleston, South Carolina.
