Judge June Rose Galvin of Toledo, Ohio, dumb crook, ethical leprechaun  Jude Galvin screwed Ohio taxpayers by obtaining assignments as a visiting judge from Chief Justice Thomas Moyer so she could continue her illicit affair with her boyfriend Justice J. Craig Wright in Columbus.
Judge June Rose Galvin retired from the Lucas County (Toledo) Ohio Domestic Relations (Family) Court in 1997. She then went on the visiting retired judge circuit. The Ohio Supreme Court Guidelines for Assignment of Judges (D) Proximity states: “Whenever feasible, an assigned judge from a nearby county should be designated in order to economize on travel time as well as to eliminate or minimize overnight expenses [lodging, meals, and mileage].”
Even though Judge Galvin lived in Toledo and/or in close proximity, and retired from the Toledo Domestic Court, Chief Justice Thomas Moyer only assigned her to three individual cases, two in Feb. 1997 and one in Aug. 1997.
Upon Judge Galvin’s repeated requests from 1997 through 2009, Chief Justice Moyer assigned her to Domestic Courts in Columbus, Cleveland and Akron even though he knew she lived 160 miles from Columbus, 140 miles from Akron, and 120 miles from Cleveland.
And why did Judge Galvin ask Chief Justice Moyer to assign her to far away Courts? Those reasons are set forth below.
What we have here is an ethical gimp who found it acceptable to bill the taxpayers of Franklin County (Columbus), Summit County (Akron), and Cuyahoga County (Cleveland) for lodging, meals and mileage so that she (a) could continue her affair with J. Craig Wright, (b) visit with her son in Columbus, and (c) visit with her daughter in the Cleveland/Akron area.
While engaged in this wholesale raping of the taxpayers, Judge Galvin actually had the chutzpah to enter absurd/vindictive and patently biased judgments against those who were unfortunate enough to have appeared before. Suffice it to say that the stories from those she victimized are much too lengthy to address at this time.
Over the years, the travel expenses paid to Judge Galvin to travel to Cleveland/Akron and Columbus is in the tens-of-thousands of dollars. And this doesn’t include the over $700,000 she received in wages and additional retirement benefits paid for by the taxpayers.
In my opinion Judge Galvin’s conduct borders on outright fraud in that she caused the public to pay for her living and travel expenses so she and Justice Craig Wright could continue their years-long affair. In appears that while Galvin was screwing the public she was also screwing Justice Wright.. Is Ohio a great country or what? |
