Attorney Richard Bianco Jr. of DC; serial liar

The District of Columbia presented Richard J. Bianco Jr. with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Rutgers University School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made at least 5 false statements to client
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to seek lawful client objectives

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Dick practices with the Bianco Law Office PLLC at 1313 F Street NW in Washington, DC.
