Attorney Victor Opara of Toronto, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Victor Opara with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Vic guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to treat Human Rights Tribunal adjudicator with fairness and respect
• Failed to ensure that the court was not misled
• Engaged in sharp practice
• Unreasonably failed to approve draft orders

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
