Attorney Andrea Clarke of Ontario, CAN; idiot, scofflaw

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Andrea Stacia Clarke with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Windsor Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Andrea guilty of the following misconduct.

• Acted without integrity
• Filed two altered affidavits with a trial court that she altered
• Failed to perform competently (idiot)
• Failed to convey potential terms of settlement to opposing party

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Andrea by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Andrea practices with the Andrea S. Clarke Law Office at 258 Woolwich Street in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
