Attorney Alistair Clarke of Winnipeg, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Alastair Winston Clarke with a law license in 2007.

The Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Alistair guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached trust accounting rules
• Failed to maintain current trust records
• Failed to produce monthly bank trust account reconciliations
• Misled ethics investigators (Up yours, said Alastair!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Alistair by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Alistair practices at 118 Wilmot Place in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
