Attorney Moses Okimaw of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Moses Okimaw with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba.

The Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Moses guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to meet with client before hearing
• Failed to prepare client for his court testimony
• Failed to inform client of submission hearing
• Failed to advise client of his right to be present at submission hearing

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Moses by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Moses practices with the Olschewski Davie Law Firm at 590 Main Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
