So-called judge June Rose Galvin of Northwest, Ohio (Toledo and Cleveland) has implanted her significant snout in the public trough for many, many years.
After providing useless judicial services to the Domestic Court in Toledo, Galvin then decided it was time to bilk Ohioans by jumping on the retired judge circuit. Beginning in 1996 and continuing through 2011, Galvin has been assigned to Domestic courts in the following counties: Crawford, Cuyahoga, Erie, Fairfield, Franklin, Hamilton, Huron, Lake, Marion, Ottawa, Sandusky, Summit and Trumbull.
Galvin’s favorite target to bilk was Franklin County (Columbus) wherein she received assignments from her fellow Judicial Misfits, Judges James Mason and Katherine Lias. These two unethical louses provided Galvin with assignments to 46 individual cases; 14 multiple monthly assignments; 10 weekly assignments, and 10 one-day assignments.
There were several reasons why Galvin was assigned to the Columbus Domestic Court. Firstly, was to continue with an illicit relationship with now deceased Supreme Court Justice J. Craig Wright . Her second reason was so that she could visit her son who resided in Columbus. But most importantly, she was assigned so that she could punish litigants in a manner that elected judges couldn’t. Put simply, she has never been answerable to the voters since she went on retired status in 1996. Isn’t Ohio a great country?
A cursory review of Galvin’s work and travel expense records clearly demonstrates that she has consistently bilked Ohioans by billing for hours she never worked or travel expenses she never incurred. A conservative estimate is that Galvin has bilked Ohioans out of at least $200,000.
In January 2009, the Ohio Supreme Court ordered that the Domestic (Family) Court in Cleveland cease and desist from assigning any more cases to the Dishonorable June Rose Galvin.
You’d like to think that Administrative Judges in Cleveland and Columbus would demonstrate a modicum of ethics in not requesting that Galvin be assigned to their Courts. Sadly, this hasn’t and isn’t about to take place because she’s a valuable asset that can be relied upon to “dispense with justice” rather than “dispense justice.”
The number of complaints I’ve receive from Galvin’s sea of victims continues unabated. When will this 75-year-old degenerate’s voracious appetite for public pork end? More importantly, when will my fellow Ohioans finally be allowed to have their domestic cases determined by someone who is not a certified Dufus and an aspiring Il Duce Wannabee?
