Attorney Michael Dodd of Newfoundland, CAN; scofflaw

The Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador presented Michael W. Dodd with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Disciplinary Committee found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Drove car at least three times while license revoked
  • Convicted of driving while disqualified and fined $300

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary $250 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Mike practices with Rogers Bristow Moyse at 102 LeMarchant Road in St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada.
