Attorney Keith Morgan of Newfoundland, CAN; lying loser 

The Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador presented Keith S. Morgan with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Disciplinary Committee found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be absolutely frank and candid (truthful) in dealing with an unrepresented party
• Failed to disclose material facts to unrepresented party
• Supplied false information to unrepresented party
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Conduct adversely reflected on integrity of profession

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Keith practices with Browne Fitzgerald Morgan & Avis at Terrace on the Square in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada.
