Attorney Nestor Smith of Galloway, NJ; serial liar

 

The state of New Jersey presented Nestor Smith with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University Law School.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Nestor guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Repeatedly misrepresented to client status of its case
  • Signed settlement agreement without client’s consent
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Drafted phony court order to cover up client falsehoods
  • Engaged in egregious misconduct
  • Forged clerk of court’s stamp on fictitious court brief
  • Lied on numerous occasions to his client
  • Repeatedly fabricated case updates
  • Passed along fake response brief to cleint
  • Forged judge’s signature on fabricated court order

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Nestor by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Nestor practices in Galloway, New Jersey.
