Attorney Richard Fischbein of New York City; moronic loser

The state of New York presented Richard Fischbein with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

In one matter, Dick had the chutzpah to sue his daughter for $3 million for defaming him. Dick claimed that she harmed his reputation. Dick laughingly claims the defamation occurred when his daughter sought to obtain an accounting of her trust fund, which Dick set up for her and administered.

Dick claimed that his daughter maligned his “excellent reputation” by accusing him of mishandling her trust account. It appears that Dick has done an excellent job at defaming himself over the years. Put simply, Dick is “defamation proof.”

In the past Dick has represented well-respected luminaries such as Donald “Trumporleone” Trump, the Black Panthers and now-deceased rapper Tupac Shakur.

AS further proof that Dick is a loser, is the fact that he once sued the Manhattan steakhouse Angelo and Maxie for $7 million by claiming he was detained and humiliated for failing to leave a $353 tip. I was in the restaurant business and I’m sure this was a mandatory 20% tip that had to be paid when one comes in with a group of five or more people.

In another example of Dick’s notorious reputation, a former firm sued him in federal court to collect on an unpaid loan of $314,000 plus interest. The federal court subsequently entered a $320,000 judgement in favor of Dick’s former law firm.

Its patently clear that Dick is a money grubber that is attempting to fill his pockets with every penny he can get his greedy hands on. And that includes any money that was set aside in a trust for his daughter.

And lastly, anyone that would admit to representing Donald Trump should forever be barred from ever claiming that he/she has an “excellent reputation.”

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Dick practices with Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP at 1325 Avenue of the Americas in New York, New York.
