Judge Edwin Williams of Clifton Springs, NY; idiotic loser

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

In 1971 Eddy succeeded in duping the voters in the greater Ontario County area into electing him as a Justice of the Manchester Town Court. Put simply, Eddy has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past forty-five (45) years.

• In various eviction proceedings failed to act impartially
• Failed to maintain professional competence (idiot)
• Failed to adhere to court rules
• Failed to treat litigants with fundamental fairness
• Failed to accord tenant opportunity to be heard (due process)]
• Failed to assure that court proceedings were recorded
• Failed to be faithful to the law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2016) Eddy continues to sit as a Manchester Town Court Justice in Clifton Springs, New York.
