Attorney James Braze of Bakersfield, CA; moronic liar

The state of California provided James J. Braze with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar Court found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false statements to trial court
• Lied to appellate court in filing that client was aware of request for extension of time to file appellate brief
• Sanctioned $2,400 by court lying
• Failed to perform legal services competently (moron)
• Failed to report court imposed sanctions to State Bar

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jimmy.
