Attorney Hugh Tucker of Los Angeles; imbecile

The state of California provided Hugh C. Tucker with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Southwestern University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Hugh guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform legal services competently (imbecile)
• Failed to refund unearned fee (thief)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Hugh!)
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Hugh by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016) Hugh practices at 3037 Palmer Drive in Los Angeles, California.
