Attorney Charles Coppock of Santa Rosa, CA; repeat offender

The state of California provided Charles Wallace Coppock with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Assisted non-lawyer in the illegal practice of law
  • Associated professionally with a suspended lawyer
  • Failed to notify State Bar he hired suspended attorney
  • Violated a probation condition.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. October 2016) Hugh practices with the Law Offices of C. Wallace Coppock at 1014 Hopper Avenue in Santa Rosa, California.
