Attorney Eric Seuthe of Beverly Hills, CA; thieving loser

The state of California provided Eric Bryan Seuthe with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School. 

The California State Bar Court found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Threatened to bring charges against another attorney
• Failed to perform legal services
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to promptly pay entrusted funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 75-day suspension of his law license.
