Attorney Gregory Byberg of Playa del Rey, CA; idiot

The state of California provided Gregory Bowen Byberg with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of West Los Angeles Law School. West Los Angeles Law School is a 4th tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted into mainstream schools like UCLA, Pepperdine, USC or Stanford.

The California State Bar Court found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
• Settled cleint case without client authorization
• Executed client settlement check w/o authority to so act

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 24-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Greg.

As we speak (ca. October 2016) Greg practices with The Law Office of Gregory B. Byberg at 8055 West Manchester Avenue in Playa del Rey, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
