Attorney Mary Wilkowski of Honolulu; tax scofflaw

The state of Hawaii provided Mary A. Wilkowski with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Willfully failed to file Hawaii excise tax returns for 3 years
  • Committed a criminal act
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Mary practices at 335 Queen Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
