Attorney Nabil Kassem of Clifton, NJ; druggie

The state of New Jersey provided Nabil Nadim Kassem with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Nabil guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Nabil was indicted on cocaine possession charges. Subsequently, he successfully completed a pretrial intervention program and the criminal charges were dismissed.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Nabil by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Nabil practices with Kasseem & Associates PC at 1000 Clifton Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey.
