Attorney Don Humberson of Wheeling WV; lying loser

The state of West Virginia presented Don A. Humberson with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Swore to a false affidavit (perjury)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in West Virginia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Donnie was never criminally charged with perjury.
