Attorney Ashraf Nubani of Springfield, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Ashraf Nubani with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Ashraf guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client properly
• On at least three occasions wrote checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)

Because Attorney Misfits in Virginia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Ashraf was never criminally prosecuted for writing bad checks.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Ashraf by gifting Howie with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Ashraf practices with AWN Point Law PLLC at 7600 Ruxton Drive in Springfield, Virginia.
