The state of Virginia presented Harvey Latney Jr. with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

 

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Harvey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Negligence led to legal assistant embezzling $290,000 in client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Harvey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Harvey practices at 1417 Brook Road in Richmond, Virginia.
