Attorney Robert Haas of Heathsville, VA; lying slacker

The state of Virginia presented Robert William Haas with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to act fairly to opposing party and counsel
• Untruthful in statements to others (liar)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Bobby practices with Haas & Associates PC in Heathsville, Virginia.
