Attorney Benjamin White of Chapmanville, WV; ethical dwarf

The state of West Virginia presented Benjamin F. White with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from West Virginia University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Kept funds from third party entitled to said funds
• Failed to retain disputed funds in separate account

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Benny practices at 338 Main Street in Chapmanville, West Virginia.
