Attorney Richard Papcun of Colonial Heights, VA; ethical gremlin

The state of Virginia presented Richard Francis Papcun with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law. School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dick!)
• Failed to comply with Disciplinary Board subpoena

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Dick practices in Colonial Heights, Virginia.
