The state of Virginia presented Raul Novo with a law license in 1997.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Raul guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Raul by gifting Mike with a complimentary 30-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Raul practices with Raul Novo Ltd. at 2103 Lake Avenue in Richmond, Virginia.
