Attorney Donald Gee of Henrico, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Donald Jerome Gee with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Howard University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to safeguard client properly
• Charged or collected an unreasonable fee
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Charged an unreasonable fee
• Failed to promptly pay funds to client upon receipt of same
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Donnie by gifting Howie with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Donnie practices with McEachin & Gee PC at 4719 Nine Mile Road in Henrico, Virginia.
