Judge Bill Young of Indianapolis; certified loser, Il Duce Wannabee   Judge Bill Young is yet another Judicial Misfit that obtained his judgeship as a result of his years-long conduct in acting as a complaint lackey, gopher, apple-polisher and ass-kisser for the local political hacks in the greater Indianapolis area.
Can there be any dispute as to why no reputable and/or self-respecting law firm in the Indianapolis area ever offered this certified loser a well-paying job to work in their firms? Need I say more in regards to this certified and respected flunkee’s acknowledged incompetence?
Recently, the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications (ICJQ) charged the Dishonorable Bill Young with the following misconduct in regards to his Il Duce Wannabee conduct.
While driving with her three children (Ms. Purnell) on a hot August day in 2007, when she put on her blinker and changed lanes in front of a police officer, the officer than used foul language (f---k you) in front of her five-year-old-son
This so-called police officer slapped her with three tickets for unsafe movement, display of plate and expired registration
 An unreliable source indicated that she was also ticketed for displaying a bumper sticker stating: “I belive Obama was born in the U.S. of A. and another that stated: “Judge Bill Young is a Certified Dufus.”
Ms. Purnell decided to fight the traffic tickets in traffic court (an unwise move when dealing with Il Duce). Il Duce warned her that if she had the audacity to demand her constitutional right to a trial and lost, her fines would be far higher than if she voluntarily paid the fine. (WISH-TV-8, Indianapolis)
Despite Il Duce’s illegal warning, Ms. Purnell chose a trial. She then said Il Duce dropped the charge of expired registration (she provided documentary evidence proving she was right), but Il Duce refused to hear her evidence in the other two tickets and imposed a $300 fine for each ($600).
As a result of Il Duce’s delusional conduct, Ms. Purnell’s fines amount to almost $1,000.
As a result of Il Duce’s egregious misconduct, the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications (ICJQ) charged Il Duce with four (4) counts of misconduct.
If things go according to past precedents, the Judicial Commission will punish Il Duce by gifting him with a three-week all-paid vacation to Aruba for him and his immediate family. That’ll teach the Bastard, right?
