Attorney John McKendree of Thornton, CO; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado provided John W. McKendree with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny delegated management of his trust and office accounts to his office assistant, a known convicted felon, and failed to provide oversite over the management of said accounts.

Due to his gross negligence, Johnny technically converted funds and caused potential injury in more than one client matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Johnny practices with the Law Offices of John W. McKendree at 7582 East 121^st Street in Thornton, Colorado.
