Attorney Kenneth Pennywell of Aurora, CO; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided Kenneth B. Pennywell with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

During the course of prosecuting a disciplinary matter, Kenny maintained a personal relationship with a witness in the preliminary states of the disciplinary matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
